Deleting Forms

You can delete forms from the engagement view. Deleted forms cannot be restored. Also, deleting a form can affect other forms in the engagement.

• If you choose to delete a foundation form, all other forms in the engagement are also deleted.
• Information from the deleted form that was flowed to other forms will be deleted.

To delete a form, do the following:

1. On the Engagement List, click the engagement to open it.

2. Open the folder and scroll down to the form you want to update.

3. Click in the Actions column for the form.
4. Click Delete.
5. Click Yes.

Note: If you are deleting a foundation form, you are prompted to confirm the deletion twice.
