Discarding Changes to a Form

You can discard changes you make to a Engagement Knowledge Coach form as long as you have not already clicked submit all KC Changes since making the change. Discarding changes undoes all updates made to the current form since the last time you clicked Submit all KC Changes.

If you want to discard changes in multiple forms, you must repeat this process in each form.

To discard changes made, do the following:

1. Open the Engagement Knowledge Coach form where you made the changes.
2. Click Discard Changes button on the right navigation pane.
3. Click Yes.
